Do You Have a

Parkinson's Plan of Attack?

Hi, I’m Sarah King, physical therapist and founder of Invigorate Physical Therapy and Wellness.

When I started Invigorate - my private, Parkinson's specialized physical therapy practice - it was because I believed this one thing to be 100% true:

The traditional treatment regime for Parkinson's is failing people.

I heard client after client say,

"My doctor said there's not much I can do... so I take my medication, hope I don't get worse, and pray for a cure."

Not. Acceptable.

If you're reading this, it means you've found your way to Invigorate because you, too, refuse to accept that as an answer.

You're committed to living your best life and hungry to know more about what you can do today to ensure your future is as healthy, vibrant, and active as possible, despite your diagnosis.

Am I right?

However, sometimes it can be overwhelming and anxiety-provoking trying to take all the information out there about Parkinson’s and put it into action.

How can you know what works and what doesn’t?

Which approaches are worth your precious time and investment?

What if your symptoms look different than other people with the same diagnosis?

It’s not a surprise that when you don’t have a plan, you can feel lost, confused, and out of control.

From the get-go, I've worked with my clients to reverse the “just-pray- for-a-cure” mindset and create their own unique "Parkinson's Plan of Attack".

This plan has many facets all centered around one very important brain chemical: Dopamine.

Until now I've only been able to share this strategy with my in-person clients...

...but that's all changing now.

In this workbook and the accompanying videos, I’m going to walk you through how to start setting up your own Parkinson’s Plan of Attack.

The beauty of having a plan —- knowing what to do, when to do it, and why, is that it empowers you to confidently make healthy, positive choices each day to move the needle up the health scale.

It’s time to shift the Parkinson’s paradigm.

It starts with YOU, and today’s the day.
