Re-thinking our Approach to Parkinson's Rehab (Video Interview with Sarah King, PT)

It's not very often that I get to sit down and chat, on camera, about my physical therapy practice.

So, when Colin Potter from Fight-Parkinsons.org asked if we could sit down and talk about how Invigorate helps people with Parkinson's return to a life they love, I was all-in.

Colin himself was diagnosed with Parkinson's at the age of 61. Now, at age 65, he's been able to reverse a majority of his symptoms though nutrition, targeted supplements, and a Parkinson's fitness program.

You can hear more about his story in a previous blog post here.

We talk about quite a few topics, but some of the highlights include:

  • The 7 elements of a highly effective Parkinson's fitness program
  • What Invigorate PT does differently to help support our clients
  • Tips for getting the best night's sleep possible
