How it works:
1. The Fitness Assessment
- A 90 minute, one-on-one session with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- We'll review your medical history and medication profile.
- We'll test your fitness level and work through areas of wellness including your nutrition, hydration, stress levels, and sleep quality.
- Based on your current fitness level and personal schedule
- Typically this is 2 times per week for 6 weeks
3. Start your Sessions!
- We bring the equipment to your home, office, or desired workout spot
- 60 minute sessions
- Integrates concepts from the Parkinson's Wellness Recovery! Program
- Every client gets a copy of the PWR!Moves guidebook
5. Graduate OR Renew
- We're happy to continue to work with you as long as you need the motivation!
