PERSONAL TRAINING

How it works:


1. The Fitness Assessment

  • A 90 minute, one-on-one session with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT)
  • We'll review your medical history and medication profile.
  • We'll test your fitness level and work through areas of wellness including your nutrition, hydration, stress levels, and sleep quality.

2. Schedule

  • Based on your current fitness level and personal schedule
  • Typically this is 2 times per week for 6 weeks

3. Start your Sessions!

  • We bring the equipment to your home, office, or desired workout spot
  • 60 minute sessions
  • Integrates concepts from the Parkinson's Wellness Recovery! Program
  • Every client gets a copy of the PWR!Moves guidebook

5. Graduate OR Renew

  • We're happy to continue to work with you as long as you need the motivation!

(Small group sessions also available for up to 3 people)
