Why we don't take insurance

We believe your healthcare decisions should be made by you and your healthcare provider - not insurance companies. Operating on a private-pay basis allows us to build a program and a plan that is specific to your needs and provide the services that we feel is most appropriate instead of basing your treatment on what insurance will reimburse us for. It also allows us to focus 100% of our energy on you and your needs by significantly decreasing our administrative burden and extending the amount of time we can spend with you each session. A traditional clinic often requires you to share your treatment time with 1-3 other people which significantly slows your progress and lengthens the time you have to spend in therapy. 


We will help you get reimbursed

After each physical therapy session you will receive an itemized receipt that you can submit to your private insurance provider in order to get reimbursed for our services. Usually you are reimbursed based on the "out-of-network" rate for physical therapy. Please note: This only applies to physical therapy sessions and does not apply to fitness and wellness programs. 


CANCELLATION policy

If you need to cancel your session, please let us know 24 hours in advance or you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. We understand life happens, but if you are feeling "funny" please be proactive and don't wait until the morning of your session. This allows us to fill  your time slot with another client who is waiting to be seen.
